No Cages, No Problem: How Bow Wags' Boarding Suites Work

Dogs resting in a boarding suite at Bow Wags

"Boarding" can bring to mind rows of stacked cages in a back room. That's not how it works at Bow Wags — boarding dogs sleep in private, custom wooden suites, and every overnight stay comes with a full day of supervised play, not just a place to sleep.

What the Suites Are Actually Like

  • Private Indoor Wooden Suites: Custom wooden cabins divided by picket-style fencing — a private sleeping space with an open, community feel, not a traditional cage.
  • No Cages: Dogs can see and smell their boarding playmates through the picket-style dividers between suites, while still resting in their own private space overnight.
  • Bring the Comforts of Home: Owners are welcome to bring their dog's favorite bed, blanket, toy, and their own food to help keep mealtime consistent.

Daycare Is Part of Every Stay

Boarding includes approximately 12 hours of supervised daycare each day — a dog isn't just kept overnight, they're cared for and played with all day.

Bringing Comforts From Home

Owners are welcome to bring their dog's favorite bed, blanket, and toy for their stay. Bringing your dog's own food is encouraged too, to keep mealtime consistent — though if you'd rather Bow Wags feed the house food instead, that's an option for a small daily fee.

First time boarding with us? A 4-hour assessment temperament test ($30) and current Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella vaccinations are required before your dog's first stay. Call (678) 744-9247 to schedule.
